Bank a Million
Bank a Million is a draw game with a difference. Besides being exclusive to Virginia, players can take home a $1 million jackpot - and the Lottery pays the taxes! Additionally, the Bonus Ball gives you even more ways to win with an extra number. Draws are held twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday nights at 11:00 PM ET. There's a draw break that starts at 10:45 PM on draw nights, so complete your purchase before then to enter that evening's game.
How to Play
Players can play one line of six lucky numbers from 1 through 40 for $2, or choose two lines for $1 each for two chances to win $500,000, or four lines for $0.50 each for four chances to win $250,000. There's more than one way to get to a total $1 million payout! The ticket cost must total $2.
For a quicker play, select Easy Pick and the lottery computer will generate some or all of your numbers at random.
You can't make a split bet - for example, wagering $1 on one line plus $0.50 on two other lines is not allowed.
If you want to play your favorite numbers again, Multi-Draw lets you enter up to 26 draws in a row on a single ticket. If you'd like to play a specific future date, check the Future draw. Or to play the same numbers you played previously, request a Repeat and play the same numbers on up to 20 tickets.
On draw night, the Lottery draws six numbers from a pool of 40. Win the tax-free $1 million top prize by matching all six numbers.
The Lottery also draws a seventh number, the Bonus Ball, that is randomly selected by the computer from the 34 numbers left. If any of your numbers matches the Bonus Ball, and you also match two, three, four or five main balls, your prize will be boosted.
